Civitatis reviews
We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
Amazing tour of Marseille! Antoine shared lots of stories and fun anecdotes, as well as his favourite places to eat and grab a drink. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Maria was extremely animated and presented her material in a ‘fun’ way! The tour was never dull or boring. She was able to field all questions.
