Levi Snowmobile Tour

Snowmobile Tour Through Levi's Snowy Landscapes

We'll meet at the designated time at the point you select when booking to gear up with thermal winter clothing before kicking off this adventure in Levi. Ready?

After a briefing on safety rules and how to handle the vehicle, we'll hit the trail. Driver and passenger will share a snowmobile along a route through snow-covered forests and dreamy panoramic views.

Along the way, we'll make strategic stops for photos of the Lapland scenery and, if you'd like, to switch drivers. Kids and adults without a driver's license can enjoy the ride comfortably seated in an adapted sled.

Once the ride wraps up, we'll head back to the starting point to return the gear and bring the activity to a close.

Tour Options

When you book, you can choose between 2 options:

• 1-Hour Tour: includes a 1-hour snowmobile ride and full thermal gear. This option doesn't include pickup, so you'll need to make your own way to the meeting point at Levintie 1585, 99130 Kittilä, Finland.
• 2-Hour Tour: includes a 2-hour snowmobile ride, thermal gear, and pickup and drop-off from hotels and select points in Levi. When you book, you can choose where you'd like to be picked up.

Activity Requirements

• You must present a physical, valid driver's license written or translated into English in order to drive the snowmobile. Provisional licenses, photos, and digital copies are not accepted. If you can't present one, you won't be allowed to drive, and no refunds will be given.
• This activity is suitable for adults and children 4 years and older. For safety reasons, due to the uneven, icy terrain, pregnant people and children under 4 cannot take part.
• Children aged 4 to 13 and adults without a driver's license will ride in a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile. Children over 150 cm (5 ft) who'd like to ride directly on a snowmobile as a passenger must pay the adult rate.
• Each snowmobile is shared by 2 adults. In groups with an odd number of adults, you'll share a vehicle with another participant. A solo-driving upgrade can be booked on-site.
• The driver is responsible for any damage to the vehicle, with a maximum deductible of € 950 (US$ 1,061.16) per person and per snowmobile in the event of an accident. Optional additional insurance is available on-site for € 15 (US$ 16.75) before the tour starts, which reduces the deductible to € 150 (US$ 167.55).
